Recipe
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons almond butter
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
5 pure via packs
1 tablespoon raw honey depending on your diet you can add more or less
1 tablespoon Walden's farm no cal maple syrup
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
At this point you can add chopped almond, raisins, coconut flakes or even chocolate chips :)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork and add almond butter, vanilla and sweeteners. Mix well.
- Add quinoa, oatmeal. Mix until well combined taste to see if it is sweet enough.
- Stir in almond, raisins, coconut flakes or chocolate chips what ever your in the mood for .
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and drop batter on to cooking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until brown at the bottom.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
