Quinoa Oatmeal Cookies

Quinoa Oatmeal Cookies!!











Recipe
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons almond butter
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
5 pure via packs
1 tablespoon raw honey depending on your diet you can add more or less
1 tablespoon Walden's farm no cal maple syrup
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
At this point you can add chopped almond, raisins, coconut flakes or even chocolate chips :)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork and add almond butter, vanilla and sweeteners. Mix well.
  3. Add quinoa, oatmeal. Mix until well combined taste to see if it is sweet enough.
  4. Stir in almond, raisins, coconut flakes or chocolate chips what ever your in the mood for .
  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and drop batter on to cooking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until brown at the bottom.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
